With your consent and permission, we may share your financial information with mutually acceptable professionals such as accountants and lawyers whose services are retained to meet your goals and objectives.

Accuracy of Personal Information

We maintain procedures to ensure that your personal information is accurate, up-to-date and as complete as possible. However, we rely on you to inform us about any material change in your personal information. For example, you must inform us of any change of address.

Our servers and paper files are kept in a locked area and access to our computers are password protected.

Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement to never discuss your personal information outside our office. Our confidentiality agreement binds them even if they leave DFFSL.

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law, whichever is less. If personal information is no longer required, it is destroyed.
